How the Google Workspace integration works
CBT Nuggets registers as a SAML 2.0 application in your Google Workspace admin console. Users sign in with their corporate Google account — the same credentials that gate Gmail, Drive, and Calendar.
Organizational unit (OU) assignment in the Google admin console controls who has access. Move a user out of the assigned OU and CBT Nuggets access ends.
2-Step Verification policies enforced at the Google Workspace level apply to CBT Nuggets logins automatically.

Setup
Wire up Google Workspace with your admin team
Add the CBT Nuggets SAML app
From admin.google.com, navigate to Apps → Web and mobile apps → Add app → Search for 'CBT Nuggets' in the Google app catalog.
Configure the SAML attribute mapping
Map `Primary email` to the NameID attribute. The other attribute claims are pre-populated by the Google catalog template.
Turn the app on for the right OU
Under User access, turn the app ON for the Organizational Unit whose members should have CBT Nuggets seats. Members of other OUs cannot authenticate.
Send your IdP metadata to your CBT Nuggets account team
Download the metadata file from the Google admin console and share it with your CBT Nuggets customer success contact.
