How the SCORM 2004 integration works
Every CBT Nuggets course can be exported as a SCORM 2004 package and imported into your LMS as a standalone training unit. Your LMS becomes the system of record for completion; CBT Nuggets is the content source.
SCORM 2004 (3rd and 4th Edition) carries richer run-time data than 1.2: partial completion, sequenced multi-objective tracking, and the standardized `cmi.*` data model that modern LMS reporting expects.
Suitable for compliance-mandated training programs where the LMS is the audit-of-record (Cornerstone, Docebo, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, and any LMS with a SCORM 2004 import path).

Wire up SCORM 2004 with your admin team
Request a SCORM export from your CBT Nuggets account team
SCORM 2004 export is arranged as part of a custom LMS content-delivery agreement. Contact your CBT Nuggets customer success representative to request export packages for the courses you want to deliver through your LMS.
Receive your SCORM 2004 package
Your account team delivers a `.zip` SCORM 2004 manifest package per course. Each package is self-contained and can be uploaded to any SCORM 2004-compliant LMS.
Import the package into your LMS
Upload the `.zip` through your LMS's SCORM-import interface. Cornerstone, Docebo, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday Learning all accept SCORM 2004 packages directly.
Configure tracking and completion criteria
Set the LMS-side completion criteria (typically 'completed' status from the SCORM run-time). The package reports back the standardized SCORM 2004 completion and progress data.

Is there a difference between SCORM 1.2 and 2004 for our use case?
SCORM 2004 carries the run-time data model most modern LMSs prefer for compliance reporting. SCORM 1.2 is simpler and broadly compatible but reports a coarser completion signal. If your LMS supports both, SCORM 2004 is the recommended choice; we deliver either on request.
Does CBT Nuggets host the content or does our LMS host it?
The SCORM package is self-contained, so your LMS hosts and serves the content directly. CBT Nuggets is not in the runtime path for SCORM-delivered training, which keeps your LMS as the single audit of record.
