What can I add to a playlist?
Any combination of CBT Nuggets courses, individual skills, and hands-on virtual labs. Build a playlist around an initiative (cloud migration, security refresh) or a role (new SRE, junior network engineer).
Can I assign a playlist to specific groups instead of everyone?
Yes. You can assign by group, by role, or to individual learners. New members added to a group are automatically enrolled in playlists assigned to that group.
Can I reorder items in a playlist or make some items required?
Items reorder by drag and drop. The playlist presents them as a recommended sequence. Admin reporting shows progress at the course and skill level, so you can see where any learner is stuck.
How are completions tracked and reported?
Real-time dashboards show progress per learner and per item: each course, skill, and lab in the playlist. Completion data exports to CSV for leadership review or audit documentation. Teams on an external LMS can push completions there with the SCORM export add-on.
