Teams Premium Features & Troubleshooting Teams

0:00So in this video, we'll talk about what it means to have this license with

0:02features that are now available to you.

0:04And in the following videos, we'll go to some demos of some of these features.

0:08In order to have access to and to run Microsoft Teams, there are certain

0:13licenses that your organization will need.

0:15So here, everyone dive into the type of plan or license that you may need.

0:20I want you to take away that we need certain licensing to even begin to use

0:24Microsoft Teams.

0:26And having this license allows you to use the many features that you and I have

0:30gone through throughout this course.

0:31We also have Microsoft Teams Premium.

0:35And Premium is not a replacement for the Microsoft Teams license.

0:40Microsoft Teams Premium is an added license to Microsoft Teams.

0:49With Teams Premium, we get additional features, focus on intelligence, personal

0:54ization, and also security to enhance our Teams experience.

0:58So I'll just say that you may or may not have access to these features

1:03depending if you are assigned a Teams Premium license.

1:07So in other words, you may or may not have access to these features that we're

1:12about to talk about and go through in our demo.

1:16Depending if your organization purchase a Teams Premium license and two, if

1:21that license is assigned to your account.

1:23So this webpage that we're looking at does have a comparison chart, but I want

1:28to show you if we go down to a chart here,

1:31here are the features you would get if you are licensed for Microsoft Teams.

1:35And here are the additional features that you would get in the event you have

1:38Teams Premium.

1:40So once again, I'm not going too deep here, but you can see that we have

1:44additional features when we have Microsoft Teams Premium on top of our

1:48Microsoft Teams license.

1:50So let's talk about some key features that really stand out.

1:54One being intelligent recap.

1:59So here, Teams automatically generate your meeting notes, also recommend any

2:05tasks, along with personalized highlights using artificial intelligence.

2:11This is super useful in the event that you missed the meeting, or maybe this

2:14meeting occurred a month ago, and you want quick access to key information that

2:18occurred within that meeting.

2:20We also have live translated captioning transcripts.

2:20participants that speak several different languages.

2:25Here we are providing real time AI power translations for captioning

2:29transcripts that occurred during and after a meeting.

2:32This is definitely useful in the event that you have a meeting, meaning we have

2:41We also have custom branding, so we can customize meeting backgrounds and also

2:45add organizational logos and colors to meeting lobbies and invites.

2:50For custom branding, we're creating this professional and branded experience

2:54for our clients.

2:55We can also take advantage of meeting templates.

2:58So here we have a template of the different settings of a meeting.

3:01Then we can use over and over again to ensure a consistent meeting experience.

3:09We also have watermarking, and this allows us to protect our sensitive

3:12information or content during the meeting.

3:15We definitely see how that works when we demo watermarking later in this skill.

3:19We also have high attendee names, so imagine if you have a very large meeting,

3:25using this feature prevents others from seeing who is joining the meeting or

3:29the information.

3:30So instead of focusing a name and email address, you'll simply see attendee.

3:37During the meeting, we can also manage where attendee sees.

3:40Here we have full control of what content that folks would see in the meeting,

3:44along with enabling them the ability to share content.

3:48And finally, we have engagement reports, and we saw this in a previous video

3:53where we saw who attended our meeting along the stage and also who interacted,

3:59so here think about reactions, and we also saw who had their microphone or

4:04camera turned on.

4:06Here we only have so many features that you would get access to in the event

4:09that you were assigned the Microsoft Teams Premium License.

4:12There are many more features now listed here, but you can find them within this

4:15document.

4:16In this skill, we'll highlight some of these features and go through different

4:19demos.

0:00So first we'll look at a feature called Manage with a 10 DC.

0:04We'll go ahead and configure this in one of our meetings and go through a demo.

0:08Currently in my environment, Pedro is assigned a team's premium license.

0:17So Thomas, Mero, and Sierra along with myself do not have the license, but once

0:23again Pedro does.

0:25So Pedro will schedule a new meeting like so.

0:33Alright, we'll go ahead and pick a title.

0:37So here I want to invite Thomas and Sierra.

0:43So next I want to go to more options.

0:47Now also I'm going to bring up Mero and also spin up her team's client so we

0:51can see what Mero does not have matches to.

0:54So I'm going to go ahead and pick up the schedule because he has a team's

0:57premium license.

0:59Alright, so let's go to calendar.

1:02Also go to new meeting.

1:06Now we named this delete me because I'm not going to save this meeting, but I'm

1:11going to put Thomas and Sierra here as far as invitations.

1:17Now for Mero, we'll also go to more options.

1:21So here we go to engagement.

1:26We have an option here to manage what attendee see.

1:31If I go to Mero and go to engagement.

1:35No, it's here that Mero does not have this option.

1:38Alright, so going back to Pedro.

1:42Notice I cannot enable this option.

1:44So look at our description here.

1:52Make someone a presenter to manage this meeting.

1:55Alright, so it's got a rose here.

1:58What I'm going to do is assign certain people in my meeting to be a presenter.

2:04So I will choose here Jackson, like so.

2:07And now if I go to engagement, at this point, I'll have the ability to turn

2:12this option on.

2:14Alright, so we'll go ahead and save.

2:17And at this point, I had said.

2:23Alright, so let's go ahead and join this meeting.

2:30Alright, going back to Pedro.

2:32So here we see that Pedro and Sierra have this view for the reason being that

2:36Pedro is an organizer.

2:40And we also specify that Sierra can present.

2:43What we notice to view that Thomas has.

2:46In fact, if we focus on here, so the organizers control attendee audio and

2:49video in this meeting.

2:51Then we have another message here.

2:53That I Thomas have been muted.

2:57You also see my microphone has been disabled so I can no longer unmute.

3:01In fact, we see it grayed out there.

3:04We also see that my camera is disabled and I can share a video.

3:08And we also see that right there.

3:12So here Pedro and Sierra can manage what attendees can see in this meeting.

3:17So for example, if I go to Sierra Jackson, I have the ability to bring her on

3:21screen.

3:22So if I go to Sierra, what I'm going to do is turn her camera on.

3:26Like so.

3:29Alright, so there's a camera for Sierra.

3:32If I go to Pedro, I do see Sierra's camera.

3:35But if I go to Thomas, he still doesn't see anything.

3:38But now if I go to Pedro, go ahead and bring Sierra onto the screen.

3:42Like so, at this point, Pedro will not see that camera.

3:48Let's add the baby to take her off screen.

3:51Like so.

3:55So Thomas no longer sees Sierra's camera.

3:58Alright, going back to Pedro.

4:00If I go to people here, if I let me turn my camera off.

4:05There we go.

4:07So going back to people, no one's here for Thomas Smith.

4:10Here I do have the option to bring Thomas on screen to make a presenter or

4:14remove him from this meeting.

4:16But here if I bring Thomas on screen, like so, if I go to Thomas, now I do have

4:22the ability to unmute my microphone.

4:24Right here, I don't have a camera because I don't have a device connected to

4:28Thomas.

4:29We also see that I am not visible to everyone in this meeting.

4:34It also says that my camera has been enabled, but I don't have one.

4:38So in fact, let me go ahead and take Thomas off screen.

4:44Like so.

4:46So give me a moment as I connect the camera to Thomas.

4:49Alright, so I'm back.

4:54What I'm going to do is make Thomas on screen again.

5:22control his microphone and camera.

5:24So here with the feature, manageable attendee see, Pedro has the ability to

5:29really control video feed.

5:31For which video feeds are spotlighted or shown during the meeting, and which

5:35ones are also hidden from view.

5:37This feature also gives us the ability to determine if a user or an attendee to

5:43that meeting can either enable

5:45along with disable the microphone or camera or even mute the microphone.

0:00So let's right now we look at the higher attendees name feature with their

0:03Microsoft

0:03teams.

0:04So I'm going back to Pedro.

0:06We do a new meeting.

0:08Let's name this one product demo.

0:11And this time we're going to invite everyone.

0:15All right, next we go to more options.

0:21And here under roles, we have an option to hide attendee names.

0:25Let's go to my room.

0:26We'll go to roles for her, notice that she does not have this option.

0:31All right, going back to Pedro, you see that is currently disabled.

0:35It will highlight our description here that this prevents attendees from seeing

0:39each

0:39other's names in the meeting.

0:41Organizers, presenters, and applications will still have access to the names.

0:47To use this setting, make someone a presenter and turn on before the meeting

0:52starts.

0:53Now here we notice we have several options so we can choose everyone.

0:58We can choose people in my organ guests as far as folks who can present certain

1:03people

1:04along with only organizers and co organizers.

1:07Keep in mind if I choose people in my organ guests, I can enable this feature,

1:12but there

1:12is one problem.

1:14This would not give me the behavior of hiding attending names for the reason

1:19being anyone

1:20in my organization or guests can present.

1:23Going back to our description here, organizers, presenters, and applications

1:27will still have

1:28access to names.

1:29Let's go ahead and change this to only organizers and co organizers.

1:35What I'm going to do is make my role a co organizer.

1:39All right, so at this point, I will save my changes.

1:44We'll go ahead and choose send.

1:46All right, so let's go ahead and start this meeting and have everybody join.

1:52So here logged in as myself.

1:59I see a message here.

2:00My name is hidden from all other attendees.

2:03Organizers and presenters can still see my real name.

2:06So here Pedro is the organizer.

2:10The maara is the co organizer.

2:15This is the reason that I can see their names.

2:18We see here that we have two other folks part of this meeting, but notice I don

2:22't see their

2:22name.

2:23I simply see attendee.

2:24So let's go over to zero and we should see the same there.

2:29So we see Pedro and maara and we have two attendees there.

2:33Let's go to Thomas and we see the same thing.

2:37But notice if I go to Pedro here, Pedro can see everyone's name.

2:42So we see Thomas Smith here.

2:43We see Sierra Jackson and we see me.

2:47And maara being the co organizer shows you the same.

2:51We also see the attendees Thomas Smith, me and Sierra Jackson.

2:56So here we have a really cool option and we want to protect the identity or the

3:01name of

3:01the attendees of our meeting.

0:00So in this video, we'll look at some additional settings that we would have in

0:03the event you had a Microsoft Teams premium license.

0:05All right, going back to Pedro, let's go ahead and spin up a new meeting.

0:09Let's go ahead and name this roadmap.

0:13What we're going to do is also invite everyone once again.

0:19All right, so what that done is go to more options.

0:24So let's go to recording and transcript.

0:28Notice we do have the ability, like everyone else does, to record and transc

0:32ribe automatically.

0:33But we also have the ability to determine who can record and transcribe in our

0:37meetings, along with who has access to the recording and transcript.

0:41Going by tomorrow, if I go to recording and transcript.

0:45Notice that she does not have the option for her account. Why? Because she does

0:50not have a Microsoft Teams premium license.

0:53All right, going back to Pedro.

0:55So here, I'm going to change this.

0:59Two on the organizers and call organizers can record and transcribe.

1:02Let's go to security.

1:05Well, so one to do, turn off copying and forwarding of meeting chat live capt

1:10ions and transcripts.

1:11We'll go ahead and name with that.

1:13And this option will be useful in a meeting where we're discussing some

1:17sensitive topic.

1:19There may be a company merger or maybe financials and we want to prevent.

1:27Attendees or employees from copying chat messages, live captions or transcripts

1:32.

1:32And also we'll apply a watermark to share content.

1:36We see a note here that people will see their email or guest name as a

1:42personalized watermark.

1:44So imagine if Tom would join his meeting.

1:47And let's say someone else in this meeting shared a confidential document.

1:53Then Tom would look at that share content, but his email address will be overl

1:58aid over that content.

2:00Therefore, discouraging Tom for taking a screenshot.

2:04But the reason being that watermark contains his name and email address.

2:08So in the event that screenshot was lived out, everyone would know it came from

2:13Tom.

2:13I'm going to go ahead and do the same for a video feed, which I can't see.

2:17Let me go ahead and maximize this.

2:21Let me scroll down a bit more and we can do the same for everyone's video feed.

2:26So we can see in both cases, we can set the pattern to be repeated or single.

2:32So for repeated, your email address shows up multiple times, which single is

2:37the name will indicate when it appears one time.

2:39And we also can set the transparency level.

2:43All right, so that we save.

2:45All right, we'll hit send.

2:50So let's go ahead and hit join.

2:54And also we have everyone else joining this meeting.

2:59All right, so here we have a meeting pinned up.

3:03Let me go to Sierra here.

3:05I'm going to do a share my screen.

3:08Like so.

3:16So here I don't have any sensitive content I'm sharing, but imagine if I did.

3:21If I go to Thomas.

3:23We do see I'm looking at Sierra shared session.

3:27But my email address Thomas at R dot demo dot com is faster over the screen via

3:33that watermark.

3:34If you go to Pedro, we see the same thing about my room.

3:39Then we see my room at R dot demo dot com.

3:42And the same thing with my session.

3:45Here, a watermark is repeated, but if I chose single, I'll point the email

3:50address which show one time.

3:53All right, so let me stop sharing content.

3:56So you see Thomas here, we're to turn on his camera, like so.

4:04All right, there we are.

4:06Now Pedro, he's my video feed.

4:09But notice that my email address that being Pedro is shown on a video feed.

4:14Same thing for my room along with zero and my account.

4:19All right, so let me turn the camera feed off like so.

4:23So at this point, we've seen a watermark shown when someone shares content or

4:28on their video feed.

4:29So now let me go to chat here and simulate a conversation.

4:34All right, so here we have a meeting chat with our sensitive information.

4:39So now Thomas can look at this, go to our chat.

4:42And then think to himself, this is some juicy information.

4:47So what happens if I were to highlight this and go to copy, like so.

4:53So I'm going to show you how to do this.

4:57So again, this prevents someone from your meeting, copying any information from

5:02your meeting chat.

5:02Now keep in mind, this is not stopping anyone from taking a screenshot with

5:07their phone, for example, or some desktop application.

5:10But at least they can't copy information from the meeting chat.

5:17So imagine if Pedro were to turn on descriptions, let's go to transcription.

5:24We're here confirm.

5:26All right, we'll wait for that to start.

5:30All right, there we go.

5:34And Thomas, here's my phone.

5:35So I'm going to show you how to do this.

6:06So here someone like Sierra can go to more, the core and transcribe, throw

6:11transcript.

6:13So now Sierra should be able to see this transcript.

6:16So now if I attempt to choose copy here,

6:21it'll policy, we cannot copy the transcript.

6:25So where Sierra also turned on live captions.

6:34So going to language and speech, show live captions.

6:37Let's go to Thomas here.

6:40I will unmute my mic.

6:42Hello, one of this occurring, a disappearing next month.

7:01So we verify that we have turned off copying and forwarding of mini chats,

7:07live captions and transcripts.

7:32So we can see here the restriction also kicks in after the meeting has occurred

7:38So in this video, we saw some additional features that we have in the event

7:42where

7:42signed the Microsoft Teams premium license.

0:00So let's look at one of the more impressive features within Teams in the event

0:03that you have

0:04to premium license that would be intelligent recap. So in this video we'll see

0:08what this feature does

0:09and go through a demo. So once again the feature is called intelligent recap.

0:14This is a AI or artificial intelligence powered feature.

0:21One intelligent recap does is generate meeting summaries. So after the meeting

0:29has occurred,

0:29you can generate key points of the meeting and the action items or any

0:34personalized highlights.

0:36In order to access intelligent recap, you need one or two licenses, either a

0:42Teams premium license

0:44or a Microsoft 365 co-pilot license.

0:55And co-pilot is really Microsoft's artificial intelligence assistant.

0:59Built into apps like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word itself among other

1:04applications.

1:05So earlier this morning offline, I had a meeting. So let's go ahead and expand

1:10this.

1:10So this meeting was between Pedro, the organizer, who has a Teams premium

1:19license,

1:19along with Tommy Smith and Sarah Jackson. And the topic of this meeting was

1:24Tampa, Florida,

1:25update. Now we have a recap tab right here. We see here this meeting was

1:31recorded.

1:32We also have a transcript and also we can see who was in attendance. Keep in

1:37mind for intelligent

1:38recap to work, recording and transcript have to be enabled for that meeting. So

1:44before we go to

1:45recap here for Pedro, let's go to Thomas and let's go ahead and check out that

1:49meeting and his

1:51point of view. So if I go to expand here and here, if we go to recap, what do

2:01we see?

2:01So Thomas doesn't have access to this recording, but we have certain sections

2:09here that are

2:10blurred out. In order to access these sections, we need access to Microsoft

2:16Teams premium.

2:18For us, luckily, Pedro does have the license. So if we go to Pedro, like so, we

2:22're going to go to recap.

2:24We could definitely see Pedro has access to additional content. So we can see

2:33we have AI notes.

2:34So intelligent recap has provided meeting notes for his meeting. So we see here

2:41we have issues

2:42with the AC along being short staffed. We have a dark door that is malfunction

2:48ing. If we scroll down,

2:51we see that we have good notes summarizing this meeting. Let's go down to the

2:57bottom for action

2:58items or follow up task. We see that we need to reach out to a recruiter in

3:03Atlanta.

3:04We have to contact the recruitment agency and also we have to call maintenance.

3:10So imagine how

3:10useful this is, especially this meeting occurred two weeks ago, or if I need to

3:14send updates via

3:15email or chat or some other communication method about this meeting. All right,

3:21we're

3:21going down. We see additional tasks. Here we go, a note here. We can add

3:27meeting notes. We do have

3:28a mention here. We're going down a bit more. We have our speakers in the

3:33meeting. So we can see

3:35when exactly they spoke. And in fact, we can go to that portion of the meeting

3:40like so. We have topics.

3:43So we can see this portion of the meeting was opening of the temple warehouse.

3:48Was about navigating staffing and infrastructure changes. We also see chapters.

3:55We're going to scroll down a bit. We can see those two topics were split into

4:01chapters.

4:03We can see here the additional functionality that you and I get with

4:07intelligent recap.

4:08Let's go to attendance.

4:10So here we can see we have our participants when they first join or last left.

4:19We have the role

4:20for teams premium gives you insight to the engagement. So in this meeting, we

4:25happen to have no engagement,

4:26but in the event that we did, we see that data here. In fact, we have an

4:32engagement tab right here.

4:33So once again, this is only a demo. But if I had actual meeting, I can see the

4:39number of total

4:40reactions, raise hands. How many folks unmuted their microphone or the non-

4:45camera. This is all

4:47information that one would not see if they did not have the Microsoft Teams

4:51premium license.

0:00So, let's you and I will look at troubleshooting issues for Microsoft Teams.

0:03Now, for many issues, you might have to get your IT department involved.

0:06After all, that's what they do for a living and you use Microsoft Teams for

0:10your everyday

0:11task.

0:12So, in this video, one of the series and troubleshooting steps that can help

0:15you resolve the issue

0:15yourself and minimum, help your IT department and those guys and girls resolve

0:20your issue

0:21a lot quicker.

0:24Maybe you join a meeting or a call and you are unable to hear other folks in

0:28that meeting.

0:29Maybe those folks can't hear you.

0:32Maybe your audio and video are choppy.

0:36Possibly your call has been dropped.

0:38Maybe the Teams application will not load on your desktop or laptop.

0:42Or maybe we can join meetings or you don't have any notifications.

0:47So here we have confidence issues the most users will experience at some time.

0:52Maybe the first thing we do is we start our Teams application or device.

0:58And I know you may say to yourself, this is what they always tell me to do

1:02first.

1:03And to be honest, if I would support your environment, I would tell you the

1:07same thing.

1:07Because many times this does resolve the issue.

1:11When possible, I tell people to perform or for reboot.

1:15For the reason being, you never know what other applications you are running on

1:19your

1:19desktop or laptop that could be causing issues.

1:22But let's say a reboot was not possible for whatever reason, you can restart

1:27the application.

1:28Keep in mind, when you restart the application, you simply can't close it.

1:36Why?

1:37Because the application is running in the background.

1:39You have to do a right click here and choose Quit Teams.

1:43And at this point, Microsoft Teams is now fully closed.

1:47So now if I wanted to restart, I just click on my Teams icon here.

1:50And now the application launches once again.

1:53And now the thing you could do is check your internet connection.

2:01In order to use Microsoft Teams, we need that connectivity out to the internet.

2:06Going back to Thomas.

2:09So let's say he opens a browser.

2:14Maybe I go to a website that I have not visited before.

2:18In this case, tbtenugets.com.

2:23We received that the page does load successfully, so I do have connectivity out

2:27to the internet.

2:28And then I want to like to use, it's a website called fast.com.

2:34Fast.com is a free internet speed test website that's provided by Netflix.

2:39So here we're testing the speed of your internet connection against Netflix

2:43servers, which

2:44really gives us a good indicator of streaming performance.

2:48So here in my environment, I do have a pretty good internet connection.

2:52Now for best practice, Microsoft Teams suggests at least two megabits per

3:00second upload.

3:02And also two megabits per second download.

3:07That's the amount of bandwidth for connection Microsoft suggests for our audio

3:13only calls,

3:13our video calls, our group video calls, and also a screen share.

3:18So here we see my download speed, if I hit show more info, and then we see my

3:22upload speed

3:23there.

3:26Now we also should be checking DNS.

3:28DNS is an acronym for domain name system.

3:32So without going too deep, DNS is a phone book of the internet.

3:37What DNS does is take a web address, like for example, it'd be browse to tbten

3:43ugets.com

3:44and translate that to an IP address, for example, this IP address right here.

3:50Computers and devices use IP addresses to communicate.

3:54But DNS names are easier to remember.

3:57Would it be easier for me to tell you to open up your browser and go to cbtnug

4:03get.com

4:04or open up your browser and go to 3.222.69.24.

4:08So let me show you a tip here, let's go back to Thomas.

4:16We're going to do on his window desktop, open up a command prompt.

4:19So I go to CMD and use our command prompt.

4:26So let me make this full screen here and increase the font just a bit.

4:31We can use the ping command.

4:33This ping command is send a new message to another computer or to a website,

4:37pretty much saying,

4:38hey, are you there?

4:39For example, whether ping teams.microsoft.com.

4:48So we see here that we are getting a reply.

4:50So that's good news.

4:52But notice when I enter in teams.microsoft.com, what DNS does is convert that

4:58to an IP address.

5:00This case, which is two that 123 the 180 14.

5:04So let me clean my screen.

5:05So let's say we did a ping for DNS Google.

5:13This DNS host name is always translated to either 8.8.8 or 8.8 of four.

5:25That's exactly what we see here.

5:29So in the event, we did not get a response here of this one that we see on the

5:36screen.

5:37You can do a ping the IP address of all eight.

5:42Like so.

5:44I can also ping eight dot eight dot four, the four.

5:54So here we see that we are getting successful responses.

5:57And let's see that up here also.

6:01So in the event that we did a ping DNS Google.

6:09And did not get a response.

6:12What did get a successful response when picking the IP address here?

6:17This could be an indication that your DNS is not working or your names are not

6:21being

6:22translated properly to IP address.

6:25This is something you couldn't fit, but you can make your IT department aware.

6:29Here's what I did.

6:30I said what's going on to a system in a troubleshooting.

6:35What I'm going to do is to disable my network card, which is simulate that I

6:39have no internet

6:40connectivity.

6:41So let me go ahead and disable this.

6:48Microsoft Teams to show banner on top indicating that we don't have any

6:53internet connectivity.

6:55Did we see that banner on top indicating to us that we don't have an internet

7:01connection

7:02or we have a problem with that connection.

7:04All right, so let me go ahead and re-enable my connection.

7:10So soon after that banner goes away.

2:34We have to allow Microsoft Teams to use our microphone and camera.

2:44And the final one I want to show you is Chrome.

2:47So once again if I go to video call.

2:51We are prompted once again to allow the use of the microphone and the camera in

2:57this browser that being from.

2:59Let's say that we're not getting the appropriate notifications that we are

3:04custom to getting.

3:08So here on the settings and notifications and activity.

3:11Make sure that wherever notification you are expecting to get is indeed enabled

3:16But maybe you have the notification enabled but your status is to something

3:22like do not disturb.

3:25So here you wouldn't get those notifications based on the status that you

3:31Now you could be using Teams in one of several ways.

3:37One being the desktop application or maybe the web browser or your mobile

3:43So maybe we have a feature Microsoft Teams that doesn't work through the

3:49browser.

3:50So for troubleshooting purposes try the desktop.

3:53Here we're trying to eliminate if the browser is the issue.

3:58Maybe we have the reverse where the feature does work on the web version of

4:02Teams but not the desktop.

4:05Maybe we're running an outdated version of Teams on our desktop.

4:11So at that point I would update teams myself if I have permission to do so or

4:15ask my IT department to verify and run the latest version of Microsoft Teams

4:21and then try again.

4:22And finally I want to show you how we can collect client logs.

4:29Now Teams client logs are very detailed so that logs is really intended for IT

4:34support or when they work for Microsoft to troubleshoot an issue.

4:38So maybe we're collecting these logs because the Teams application is running

4:42terribly slow.

4:43Maybe we can't sign in successfully.

4:46Or maybe we have issues with audio and video.

4:48So here what I'm going to do is hit control all shift one.

4:54Now in the top left corner we see downloading web logs. So here the Microsoft

4:59Teams application is collecting data that you can later share with your IT

5:02department.

5:03And usually this does take a few minutes so we'll sit here and wait.

5:07So now what I've done is I go to my downloads folder right here.

5:14So now we can see the files that we can share with the IT department.

5:22So here a good tip is to reproduce the issue that you have in then collect the

5:27logs immediately thereafter.

5:29This will give you IT department along with Microsoft support the most accurate

5:33picture of what's happening in your scenario.
