So although the CCT Data Center isn’t necessary, having it will make earning the CCNA much easier.

The CCT Data Center costs $125. You earn the Cisco CCT Data Center by taking Cisco’s exam 010-151 DCTECH. The CCT Data Center exam is 90 minutes long and has 75 questions and costs $125 to attempt. It’s a good idea to get training beforehand because Cisco doesn’t offer refunds on the exam if you fail. Make sure you add the cost of training to the $125 it costs to take the CCT Data Center.

Also, if you pass a different Cisco Career Certification exam in the three-year window, you’ll recertify your CCT Data Center and earn the new cert as well.
