CompTIA Project+ (PK0-005)

Projects fail when teams manage scope, schedules, risk, and communication inconsistently. This CompTIA Project+ (PK0-005) course gives IT Directors and Training Managers a structured way to align project coordinators, project managers, and IT Practitioners on common project practices across discovery, initiation, execution, and closing. The course is a practical fit for new IT professionals with at least a year of project exposure and experienced coordinators preparing for Project+ validation.

Plan for about 12 hours per learner based on the course curriculum. For change management, Team Leads can assign this training before a new project rollout, during onboarding for project-facing IT staff, or as a shared baseline for teams that need stronger scope control, schedule discipline, risk tracking, and meeting hygiene.
