Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)

Organizations standardizing on Palo Alto Networks firewalls need engineers who can make policy, routing, VPN, certificate, decryption, and Panorama changes without increasing outage or security risk. This PCNSE training is best assigned to security engineers or senior network/security practitioners with roughly three to five years of security appliance experience; it is not an entry-level onboarding path. Plan for about 33 hours per learner across 32 skills, with extra time for practice, review, and internal change-control alignment. IT Directors and Team Leads can use it to prepare teams for PCNSE readiness while also reinforcing operational skills around high availability, User-ID, admin authentication, NAT, IPsec VPNs, WildFire, anti-spyware, IPv6, and troubleshooting.
