Account owners and Billing Admins can reactivate subscriptions within their accounts. When reactivating, you can choose how many licenses you need and which subscription term you prefer.
- Select Billing from the left navigation menu
- Add or update your payment method, if needed.
- Select Manage Billing from your subscription card.
- Click on the ellipsis for More Options and then select Reactivate Subscription.
- Select your Billing Cycle and Team Size and click Reactivate.
