Managing Auto-Renew

If you are not in a multi-year agreement, you can manage your auto-renew preferences within your account.

At any time during your active subscription, you can turn auto-renew on or off for your upcoming renewal.

Note: If you are part of a managed group you will not be able to cancel your individual subscription; please contact your Account Administrator.

Turning on Auto-Renew 

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Select Billing from the left navigation menu
  3. Select Manage Billing from your Subscription card
  4. Click the Ellipsis for More Options
  5. Select Turn on auto-renew

Turning off Auto-Renew 

Disabling auto-renew in your account will prevent future renewals. You will retain access to your active subscription through the end of the subscription period.

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Select Billing from the left navigation menu
  3. Select Manage Billing from your Subscription card
  4. Click the Ellipsis for More Options
  5. Select Turn off auto-renew
