Managing Auto-Renew

If you are not in a multi-year agreement, you can manage your auto-renew preferences within your account.
At any time during your active subscription, you can turn auto-renew on or off for your upcoming renewal.
Note: If you are part of a managed group you will not be able to cancel your individual subscription; please contact your Account Administrator.
Turning on Auto-Renew
- Sign in to your account
- Select Billing from the left navigation menu
- Select Manage Billing from your Subscription card
- Click the Ellipsis for More Options
- Select Turn on auto-renew
Turning off Auto-Renew
Disabling auto-renew in your account will prevent future renewals. You will retain access to your active subscription through the end of the subscription period.
- Sign in to your account
- Select Billing from the left navigation menu
- Select Manage Billing from your Subscription card
- Click the Ellipsis for More Options
- Select Turn off auto-renew
