For IT leaders
What IT leaders need to know before assigning this course
Teams often lose time to inconsistent Microsoft Office habits: manual spreadsheet work, uneven document formatting, missed Outlook workflows, and fragmented collaboration in Teams or OneNote. This foundational course gives IT Directors and Training Managers a practical way to standardize everyday Office proficiency across technical and non-technical staff without a major change-management effort.
The time investment is realistic for broad rollout: about 6 hours and 10 minutes per learner, divided across Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and general Office/Windows tips. It fits new IT Practitioners with productivity-tool experience as well as experienced staff who need to validate or refresh Office skills. This is not compliance or certification training; the risk reduction comes from fewer avoidable workflow errors and more consistent collaboration habits.
For rollout, Team Leads can assign only the relevant app modules through Playlists and use Team Reporting to track completion across departments.
